too big of cam typically has traits of loss of lowend and big gains up high
I dont feel like this has much to do with tuning
even in the old sbc
cam too big, not enough stall, not enough gear, too much weight
you're gonna feel this

well, with the old 223 225 cam when i went over the bridge at 80mph I had to give it some gas to help the lag, now with the new cam 226 226 at 80 going over the same bridge it pulls it self right over, I think i finally found the cam for my set up. And no tuneing required, same tune as with the 223 225 cam. same readings on autotap as before. no stalling at idle backing up or going forward.
you may need to swap cams several times to achive this JMO.

I think its all in your tune if your having trouble, My buddy had an F11 on a 112lsa in his ext cab silverado that he drove every single day with zero issues.
