Question what's the best??
What's the best set of spark plugs and plug wires for an 03 chevy 5.3. it's all stock motor with tha k&n.

You'd have a hard time finding better than original equipment in my opinion.

stock... all the other plugs do is dress up the engine bay:-P

as for plugs, the stockers work fine unless you have over 100K on them
