True... The remedy to the club is bolt cutters.. They cut your steering wheel..
But it would make it a little harder..

If for some reason someone breaks my window which will set it off and gets in and has a key it wont matter because it will die. If someone tries to pop the hood the alarm goes off. If someone tries to get my wheels they are gonna run into 3 problems. First is I have numerous different wheel locks on each wheel, Secondly if my car gets jacked up there is an alarm that goes off when the truck isnt level and lastly when I hear my remote goes off Im coming out with a SKS with a 30 round clip! About the only thing I dont have on my alarm is the motion sensor around the truck and thats because I live in an apartment complex and my **** is out in the open so it would go off all the time plus the weather down hear would set it off but when I move to a house its on! Oh yeah and I dont leave anything in site! I always take my HU out and screen when its in! I also have a really really bright blue LED that blinks when the alarm is on. Hell I know people that just get a blinking LED and it keeps people away. There are some alarms out that arent worthy beleive that but I know the one I have and most of the good ones change codes like every 5 seconds or so!
Sounds like someone did his homework! Nice!!

Just trying to open some eyes on how thiefs are doing things.. Believe me the thiefs already know this stuff, others might not..

A good alarm with a back up battery, multiple sirens, and re-key are the best ways..

A simple hidden kill switch is nice, but wont save you if they use a wrecker.. And besides unless you incorporate it in a way that is utilizing a stock switch, then someone who really wants your truck will find the switch...

A short, fat, redneck's butt . I guess if your short and overweight the truck is kind of hard to get in and out of - you sort of climb in and fall out - and the guy who drove the truck really didn't care .

Sounds like the same alarm I have. Though I do not have any back-up batteries. Then again, I wouldn't know how to hook up the back-up batteries to the alarm system because I didn't install the alarm. I only installed the three sirens to the system that are in diff. places.
Two of them are air horns and one is the siren that the alarm system came with.
I would really like to know how to hook up the back-up batteries though.
Any pointers?
Oh ya, the alarm is really loud when I arm & disarm the system.
