Okay guys, so this kid wanted to run with me, he says he has a 6.0 in his truck, I'm running the 5.3. We left from the light and he pulled a half a truck on me from 0-60ish, then after that I would pass him like he is standing still.

I feel like we both won because he had the more low end grunt than mine did but top end was all me, only time he pulled on me when I was in top in power band was when we shifted.

What do you guys think? Does this little 5.3 surprise you or is it like this for everyone?

 

You said his was a 6.0 Was his a vortec max truck? Did he have any mods?

Why did he tap the brakes just before the end?

 

He did hit just the brakes at the end. The second race was almost the same but after we got going I pulled him through the top end.


It was not a vortex max truck, he said he did a that motor. He has the same mods as me exhaust Cai and tune.

 

Looks like he won. You can't race to infinity lol

You put up a good fight but honestly it's hard to say because we know nothing about his truck.

 

Sneak a cam and converter in there and go put a hurtin on him.

 

Nitrous is cheaper

 

And sneakier.
