Default what should i do next

I own an 01 gmc sierra with a 5.3 and a 4l60e behind it. Im still somewhat a newbie when it comes to adding performance to my truck, so I was wondering what I should do next. I just added the new intake, flowmaster 40 series, and my vette servo is on its way. What should I consider next

Will I have to get another one eventually if I put a cam and new heads or even a shift kit in it?

So should I get the blackbear tune now, then get my shift kit 4.11s and h/c or should I wait till I at least get the shift kit and gears. Also is that the best gears for highway and torque?
