Default internal header echo?

got a '01 HD with the 6.0L. bought some obx headers+ y-pipe off ebay... ive had it up on the rack several times at different shops trying to figure out where the "leak" is coming from... it doesnt exactly sound like a leak, but its loud especially when right after shifting gears (5-speed) and the truck is under load. at cruise its not really noticeable. we could not pinpoint an exact spot where we thought a leak was, there is no black **** at any joint or weld and cannot feel any exhuast leaking. it sounds like you can hear exhuast pulses inside the y-pipe, almost like steady chattering inside the pipe. anyone ever heard of this?

Pretty normal with aftermarket headers. The factory cast iron manifolds hide the sound.

I personally think the sound is awesome
I would suggest dynomating the floor if it is really that bothersome
