If you are talking about the 8.1 Marine injectors they flow 43lb at 58psi or 3 bar as I recall.

43.5 psi is 3 BAR.

those 43lb/hr injectors will flow 49.7 lb/hr at 58psi or 4 BAR of rail pressure.

the industry test pressure for GM injectors is 43.5psi or 3BAR of fuel pressure. Every GM truck since 1996 has been regulated to 4BAR.

Direct fit for short G.M. LS1 SUV injectors
Static flow @ 37.95lb/hr @ 43.5PSI / 300KPa (4.31 g/s = 398cc/min)
Static flow @ 43.82lb/hr @ 58PSI / 400KPa (4.97 g/s = 460cc/min) *
Dynamic flow (2.0ms/10.0 ms(pulse width / rep rate)) 6.0 lb/hr @ 43.5PSI (0.748 g/s @ 300KPa)

....so they're actually 37.95 lb/hr according to a 3 bar standard, that flow 43.82 lb/hr at our fuel pressure, if I'm reading this correctly?

100% DC or static.

Thanks for the correction, thats what happens when IFRs are mis-quoted, they have 3BAR standard test pressure for a reason.(which isnt really to valid as everything is 4BAR nowadays-at least for now, 5-150 BAR is just around the corner for the V8's,depending on what GM decides on)

peace
