While I fall in with the stock wire group, if you just absolutely need a set for clearance purposes, ccperformance from LS1Tech will custom build you a set of MSD's. I have the older style Dynatech's with the stupid humped up tube and I had them put 45 degree boots on the plug end, as it affords more clearance than the bendable boots.

well i have the hump on the driver side and the zip tie job on the stock wires is kinda bugging me so the guys with the hump what have yall done?

MSD wires. Made the wire longer to go around the hump and made a bracket to hold it up off the header.

i cant believe anyone is still using the stock wires on a performance engine after seeing the test on them. they have almost a 1000 ohms resistance. have seen one test on a 5.3l that got 15hp just by changing stock to granatelli wires

in a thread recently made by atomic he replaced wires with stock ls2 ones i believe and they have a 90 on the end with a stock style heat shield..
