Default what next?

I have an 04 SS with a ported tb, 4" mufflex off my camaro, homemade ram air and modified stock airbox, airraid tb spacer and intake tube from airbox to tb, electric fan, vette servos, thunder wires and modified stock thermostat. The e.t. hasn't changed since the first couple mods (14.7X) but my mph has risen by4 mph. What do you guys recommend? I am thinking some tuning is probably needed for sure but what type? I am also thinking about a stall and a 150 shot this spring, Any ideas...opinions. Thanks.

a stall and some tuning will msot definetly help you, both should reduce your et's nicely. I would go with a 2600-3200 stall and get a live dyno/street tune or a mail order tune.
