What mods do I need to hang with stock 2010 SRT8 Cherokee?

Yeah...... I race in a lot crappier DA's than most on this board and most stock SRT8 Jeeps I ever saw run were high 13's.... That Denali XL turd up here would be what.... maybe a mid 16 second truck at best. A stock 6.2 4X4 or Denali pickup run low 15's all day long and it's a lot heavier than that.
Blower, turbo, lots of nitrous....

Might be da and track and driver but here in NY if any srt8 is in the 14s something is seriously wrong

hmm IDK iv never looked into them, but IDK if a driver mod would be that big of an issue with a stock AWD vehicle. What do the 6.1's usually run stock? This was in south texas where they have awesome DA and it was a 60* night.

Thats where they have the advantage thats for sure. Even a 14 sec truck with traction is going to beat up on something faster unless they can get traction. Spinning aint winning

Definitely going to need nitrous or FI with FBO and high stall converter. I'm FBO with cam and blower, and when I zip tied the boost bypass open, essentially not letting the s/c build boost, I wouldn't stand a chance against my friend's srt8 jeep. Those things are beasts. I would say 500rwhp minimum to hang with one in your truck.

Driver makes a huge difference!
My brothers dyno'd 362 337 at the rear tires. We disconnected the awd for the dyno.
My truck is prolly around 400 wheel now and was 377 at the time of the vid. I would need another 50 or so to pull from a roll and ~500 wheel to get him light to light

With F/I or a big shot and supporting mods at the track with radials would be the only chance but on the street even with big power the denali isn't going to hang from a dig the srt8 plants its power like a beast but u might have a chance from a roll if you have FBO.

LOL, Guess I wont be dragging him. Yeah I got plans for a FBO including a cam and stall. The acceleration was crazy even on frozen pavement. Eventually I'll have a blower bolted up. My Denali xl weighs 5900+ pounds lol. 700 more than the Sierra Denali.

Back in 2008 there was 10 srt8 jeeps at the track and they all ran high 12's low 13's.This was at Englishtown NJ.I would say the one you saw was driver error.
