Default What mods to do

A buddy of mine has a 99 Z-71 ext cab. He is going to lift and wants about 100 extra hp what should he do.Money is not a factor but please he wants to keep it non supercharged or turboed. I was thinking
Volant intake
Hooker Longtubes
Magnaflow cat backs
asp pulley
Vara ram air stacker
4.10 gears
and may be a cam

what you sugesstion

Well for sure regear with a lift and larger tires.

The mods ya listed won't gain no 100hp...I'd say maybe 30-45rwhp. You're gonna need a good set of polished heads and a cam matched to heads to get those sort of gains.
