Will the l92 water pump work for a drive by wire TB? What about the regulator on the 97 fuel rail, what would I do with the regulator in the tank?

no, the l92 pump will not work for dbw tb.
do you have an 04? if so you don't need the 97/98 fuel rail.
you'll need one from a 98-02 f-body, 99-04 corvette, or 04 gto.

Got an update!

Truck is on the road! Allen sent me a base tune for my setup last week. The idle is set for ~825. I still sound great but I think it loped more when it was ~700/750. The truck does not smoke at start up like it used to, even though it is still running rich. Sometimes I get a bucking motion going at really low speeds, hopefully I can get that tuned out. Glad I am not running one of toughs really grabby(sp) clutches.

As far as how it runs! It does not feel like I lost any low to mid range power, but that might because of the T56 and 4.56s gears. This is a good thing! I really have not gone over ~80% throttle, buy have had the rpms up to ~6K and the truck to ~115mph. At 115 I was in 4th gear at only running ~5200rpms. Just think I have around 1300rpms (I plan on only spinning the motor to 6500rpms) & two more gears left! At ~80% throttle and running rich the truck feels stronger and pulls way harder than at 100% throttle before! Also it feels like I am short shifting ever time at 6k rpms. It keeps pulling harder and harder up top way more than it used. This is all seat of the pants monitoring too!

I really need to get it dyno tuned, but the only thing that is holding me back in my 1st wedding anniversary is on the 21st! I would have more pics and vids, but my camera completely died!

BTW: I left about a 1/4 piece of head gasket material on the block and that is why I had a nice coolant leak. I fixed that and the oil leak went away that I thought I had at the oil pan. It must have been when I was filling her up with oil!

Damn I really don't know! I lost a lot of my logs, because of my damn lap top, but I did find on one for 75.3% throttle and only 46% duty cycle @ only 4000rpms. I know that this is not what I need to look at so I will get more logs this week and post up!
