I was looking around some some cheap parts and found something made by JET, called IAt relocater. What is this thing and what does it so or is it supposed to do for a veaichle?

Its an inlet air temperature relocator. It relocates the IAT sensor to a cooler place to give a more accurate reading supposedly. Its supposed to add power by making the fuel mix richer but I don't think it really helps anything; just another one of those gimmicks.
