Stainless works has this posted about the headers.

2003 Chevy/GMC Truck-8.1L. 2" primary tubes, uses factory headpipes and cats-long tube design makes great low end torque and horsepower. Also available in 1 7/8 and 1 3/4.

doesnt say anything about the collectors though...

wonder what stock size is, because it seems to me thats what the ad is saying that the size is since it mates to the factory head pipes

cool deal..

I dynoed the beast incase your wondering. it sucks... 235whp and 311lbtq..

First mod is new plug wires and plugs... figure those cant be in the best shape after 107K miles.

So would you do the long tubes first or the cat back first. I have heard some crazy sounding vette's with long tubes and stock exhaust.

Aslo a shop told the Volant is $380.00? that sound a little high doesent it?

My bro's 02 Silvy 5.3L had 85K on his plugs. I found it ran rich & the gaps were way outta spec & center electrodes darn near non existent.
On my 04 in sig, I went w/Dynatechs. Stainless Works came out after. Either is a good choice IMO. If somebody else make some good ones, I'll get back to ya if I come up w/ who.

$380... do ya have a P/N? Sounds really steep.Lemme go check. What year 'Burb?

I found it for under $320 shipped to you. I forgot to put 8.1L, but looked @ for a 01 in sig right?
