Default What do I need to know to delete tq management in Edit?

Reason I ask is because my converter is still locking up though the shifts under normal driving conditions. So I was wondering if I deleted everything in tq management.

I have the TT3000 and I checked "false" on lock up converter through shifts . The converter is still locking up though shifts.

Please help this is annoying.

Thanks guys,
Sean

You shouldn't be having a converter lockup under shifts ... the PCM won't let that happen no matter what's checked in EDIT. I think you still have some TQM in there.

Check your PM's.

are you sure your getting t.c lockup ? did you remove all the tq reduction during upshift ? if so maybe that's what you're feeling. allen did'nt change that table at all, and my truck shifts great. anyway, i can guess all day long, tell us what you changed and where. then maybe we can help. e

Mine did the same thing after I installed a Trans-go and converter. The converter would lock up on the third gear shift. I had to move the lock up mph to a higher mph with edit so it would not lock up on third gear shift.

I have a change of plans now. I am trading the truck in. Going to crew change and back costs me over 300 dollars in gas. I am getting a car now. Look in the classifieds far the parts I will be selling.

Thanks for the help guys. I really appreciate it,
Sean
