Default What do I need if installing dual valve springs?

Ok bought this 215/220 cam that came with some dual valve springs. One of my friends said I need new valve seals if installing dual springs because it will use oil like crazy if we dont replace them. Anyone shed some light on this?

some duals require seals, seats, and retainers that go with the springs. it has nothing to do w/ oil tho. seals are easy to change, should be replaced w/any spring swap even if they aren't required.
