Where can i find this bracket for an l92/l76 swap?

Speartech. Just call them and they will get one to you, I just bought one about a month ago.

check out my recent thread on ls6 manifold swap, another guy posted a picture on there of where he mounted his, no bracket. he used an existing hole on the accessories bracket.

does speartech provide a belt also? or atleast give a length?

Just use the hole thats already there and get a longer belt. Alot cheaper that way and it works.
