Default What to do with Cats?

I'm about to be starting on the exhaust and I was wondering what to do with the cats? Should I buy some high flow ones, cut em' off, gut them, or just leave them on there? Is it even worth anything to do something with them or would it be a waste of time and money?

Couldn't I just cut them off and have my tuner disable the 02 sims and be alright?

Don't "cut" them. Just have your tuner disable them. You usually only need to disable the one behind the cat. At least in my experience. You don't even need sims if you do that, I didn't.
