Default What is different on a 2003 6.0 and a 2002 6.0 besides the yr

Is there anything technically different that I should look out for on these engines.
I have a 2002 1500HD with engine issues and found a 2003 6.0.

There are no changes that will interfere with you just simply swapping the two. You may want to use your existing intake manifold and sensors just to eliminate any foreseeable issues, but other than that go for it. The ’02 and older engines had EGR plumbed into the intake, whereas the newer models got away from it.
