ive been reading write ups for days and weeks and months and the most common cam for that set up on my lq9 is the 273LR HR12 with 223/231 duration and .610/.617 lift on a 112 LSA cam. im looking for a came or a suggested one that will have no pvc issues because im on a tight tight budget and cant afford to buy a butterfly cutting tool if this cam wont work i just need to know if its gunna work i have 821's and ls9 head gaskets going on it stock rockers with 7.400 pushrods ls7 lifters ... im about to start the swap but woult really like to know if this cam will work before i buy it

 

You should be fine with that cam. My 251/267 .623/.623 was no where near going into the valve reliefs with my l92 heads milled .040 with an ls9 gasket.
