Thinking about getting a cam for my truck. Anybody know which one to get? Look at my sig for my mods that I have done. As soon as I get the money, I plan on getting a stall,cam,nelson,injectors,9psi pulley.I'm going to try to do everything at one time so I will just have to get one tune.

 

For a 5.3, IMO from mild to agressive:

206/212 .515/.522 114-116
212/218 .522/.529 114
216/220 .525/.532 114

 

212/218 would probably work the best for your setup.
