You might want to do some careful homework. I'm an Alaskan resident stationed in Socal and smog is required for base decals.

 

i think people are not taking your question seriously because a similar what cam ? pops up everday. do some searching, there are alot of proven off the shelf cams for the 5.3 A ms3 is not going into a 5.3 without a huge torque coverter and deep gears, fast intake, etc...
