hey i was wonder does anybody know a good place to find so 3.73 gears? also do yall think that 3.37 would be good for a dailydrivin and a little racin on the weekends for a 4.8 with bolt-ons? thanks for any help

no less than 4.10s.. youll prolly get better mileage because you wont have to get on it as much and less likely to downshift going up hills..Ive always ran motives and had good luck in all the rear ends ive built (30+)..Theres several other brands out there thatll work fine as well.. just dont get the cheap gears from rons machine, they whine no matter how well they are set up and teeth are prone to breaking..

I would agree with these guys, but i have a factory set of gm 3.73 gears, front and rear for sale if you end up needing them. They have about 10k on them and came right out of a brand new chevy truck. $125 shipped. I put 4.56'sn my truck, i have 35" tires and i love it although my rpms are kind of high at 75 MPH.

I'd get AAM 4.10's from Ron's Machine, they are OEM gears.

how well would it drive daily with the 4.10s? beacause im goin to go with them, also thanks alot guys for the input

you will like them.. takes less throttle to get goin..youd like 4.30s even better
