Sportside- I will have to wait to go back to work to scan the graph. Sorry

Stupidfast- It is in my tune to unlock the converter at 75% throttle and above.

You should be able to pick up another 10 or so hp with some dynotunning. Looks like I need to put down at least 335/330 to be the 5.3 N/A dyno champ now.

Yeah, I may just have to take a trip to Futral on my christmas vacation if they are open during the time Im off. It also looks like we got killed in the torque by another guy that just posted 310 hp and 345 tq with just a cam and bolton's. Hurry up and get it done so we can compare.

You'ld think heads and cam, UP, e-fans, lt headers, etc.... would give you more than 312 RWHP.... What RPM was this @?

Sorry to be a party pooper, but it seems like some guys with cam, intake, up, efans, lts, and stock heads are putting down 300 or very close to it.

Just a though...

its possible.

i think it'll be interesting to see what BK puts down. Might show that the cam is holding the other two back, or possibly, they'll dyno all near. I just find it odd Smokeur5.0 put down 320 w/ a cam only, and QUICKWS6's buddy just put down 310 w/ a cam only.

we'll see.

good luck to all of you and your combo's.

It's tough to compare numbers from different dyno's in different conditions.

Some vehicles just have more power than others. Allen told me when I asked him about doing some heads for me that the trucks really dont gain that much from heads. I really could care less what my truck dynos, because Its the track that I want the real numbers. The only reason for all of the dynoing is for research for you all and myself too of course. Look at all the big dyno numbers that the trucks with radix's put out, then look at the track times. Same goes for the lightnings, look at the numbers that they put out. Even with all that hp and tq, we have trucks with way less hp and tq running the same times and better. what are all of your takes on that?

Good point reaper.

I think I've asked you before, but why does Allan feel there isn't gains to be had by head porting?
