Talking Well the Dyno Numbers are in

Well after a long wait the truck was finally able to make a full run on the dyno with the
Built 6.0l and procharger combo

This was the first pull of the Day the truck was hot and un tuned this was going to be our baseline run to see where we stood with fueling

Wade from ARE was behind the wheel on the first pull managed to do most of the run before some intake tubing blew apart
a mere 8psi on the dyno
after he let off and shut here down we looked at the atap run to figure out i was out of injector at that point over 100% at like 5500rpm
the truck was still making power so we had a quick discussion on what we were going to do
He had a set of 57lbs injectors around from the Silver Z
we put them in and went for another go
Wade got on it and I watching to the side of the truck Violently jerked forward
it looked like the wheels broke loose on the dyno
The belt slipped bad on the run and netted nothing higher
We all agreed that beating on it anymore would be a waste so we uinstrapped
We made

534.3 rwhp
500 rwtq
without ANY tuning anything

there is still a lot left in tuning this motor and combo for sure
bring on the turbo !!!

Jim

That was done with the Tiny P1-sc with a 3.6" pulley slipping like mad
I can just fathom the numbers a turbo with this combo

Engine is as follows
6.0l Heads with 918springs
Heads are 317 Casting Stage 2 heads with brodix exhaust valves
flow numbers were as follows
2.02 intake and 1.6 Exhaust
Intake echaust
200 151 121
300 207 178
400 254 209
450 271 221
500 288 229
550 297 233
575 303 236

tested with
28inches of h2o
3.9 inch bore
radiused inlet

The Block is a 6.0l Bored .30 over
Has diamond dished boost pistons
compression ratio should be around 9:1or maybe a tad lower Can you really tell?
Cam shaft is FMS Camshaft - 224"/230" .587"/.593" 114LSA
eagle rods
Arp studs all around
Gm head gaskets

Built 4l60e transmission
4.10 gears
yank 3000 rpm stall with a 2.21str

Fuel
42lb injectors replaced with 57lb injectors
