I was just going to ask you what part of the harness took a crap...you might just have a bad relay or a spread out terminal at one of the relay connectors. Weird how many people are suddenly having problems with their fan harnesses and relays all of a sudden, I don't remember reading this many fan problem threads last summer?

I dunno, it just started working, perhaps on or all or some of the relays overheated? They were all getting power, and i have a manual overide so i know it is not a PCM thing... I have allready ordered everything so i am just gonna redo it anyways...
I will say thing when they were working my truck was having a hard time idling, i thought that was rather odd....

hmmm i don't think so, they are grounded to the frame and also to the battery so i believe the ground is good... They worked last night then today no worky again... I believe the contacts on the relays are just wore out and they are sticking... I did some reading last night on the specs of some of these relays, they do have a service life, for example. the new ones i bought have an electrical life of 100k cycles... Since i was pulling more juice than they are rated for plus using a lower gauge wire that cycle count probably went WAY down...
