when i went to the track this weekend i had to fill up to at least a 1/4 tank. i made my first 3 runs and it was falling on it's face bad in second gear b/c my tank was almost on empty. left the track and put about a 1/4 tank in it, it was good to go after that.

mine does the same thing. when it gets close to a 1/4 tank of gas ill put some more in it. just the pickup getting uncovered as the fuel sloshes to the back of the tank. CHIP

Mine runs a little lean too when it is below 1/4 tank. Does this mean fuel pump is going bad?

If I have less than 1/4 tank, the fuel pressure will drop towards the end of the run, I also figured it was the gas running to the back of the tank.
