4600 - 4800 I'd guess w/o driver. Mine with 4wd is just over 5000.

I weighed my ext cab at the track one night and it weighed 4810 lbs with 1/3 tank of gas. My truck is pretty loaded, all the elect goodies. Everthing was on, tow hitch, tailgate, spare, etc. I also have a soft tonneau cover with four 1" pieces of plywood I use for cross supports.

My reg cab, loaded, 1/4 tank, w/o me weighed in at 4400 so around 4800 for a ext cab sounds about right.

My truck is a RCSB (step side) and with 1/2 tank it tips in at 4240 without me in it or any weight shaving.

So
4240
+ 400 for excab
+ 100 for wide side bed.

at or about 4700/4800
