I'll look into the nelson swapout... how much HP gain can i expect?

again, nice truck. i think i complimented it before. but i can't see the pic this time. welcome. good. we have another northeasterner.

i got a stall put in last year and it is the one of the best mods i have done. it might shorten your tranny life, but it is fun to drive. i bet it will be too with your AWD

Welcome to the board. I also have an 04, Silver Birch. I put ASP underdrive pulleys on and a UPD intake. You already have the gears you need. Your truck came stock with 4.10's. A converter would help get it moving quite a bit better. I am planning on going with a new stall hopefully sometime this summer. Looking to get a Yank 2800 I think.

removing the plastic hood scoops would add 50hp. j/k
I am with the guys, a custom tune and stall convertor.
Those trucks are refined kinda nice.
