Default wanting new exhaust

so this summer im camming my truck im also ordering headers.
so i kinda wanna change up my whole exhaust.
as of right now i have true duals from cats back to two flowmasters then back to some 4 by 18 inch tips.

so i know im getting rid of my cats and getting an x pipe with the headers.

i was wondering would i gain alot by doing all 3 inch exhaust?
(my trucks a 5.3)

Also i wana know if anyone has ever ran spintechs on their truck and what they think of them?

For a naturally aspirated 5.3 dual 3's would be excessive and unnecessary. dual 2.5s would be plenty and cost less in both materials and labor costs.
