Ok I dremmel'd out the bottom to fit the pump inlet, But I can't fit the sock on. I can put it on out of the bucket but when it's in the bucket, I can't fit it in the little valley that the pump inlet sits in. Mangled, Is your **** still driving good without the sock? The bottom of the pump does have a screen filter. What you guys think no sock?

 

I am still rolling with out the sock, prob will till I get another one next week. I am going to shorten the bucket.. A pic would help out alot.. So your saying you can't get a wrench on it..

This is why I want to try and get by with just an inline pump. I've heard of so many problems with the intanks.

 

I think Ima go the Derek@edo route and just throw the sock on the pump and throw all that into the bucket. I'm tired of trying to dremmel out the bottom more. I'll post some pics in 15 min.
