Flex seal should do the trick.

Dan was just experimenting with a new LS valve angle

Experiment failed, made less power

We need to remix Snoop Dog song "Drop it like its hot" to "Drop it like a valve".

Dan is now a Filthy Valve Dumper...

Not sure if you have access to have valve springs tested. I wonder if it's a 218 not a 219 spring... Either way at least a dual spring will give you some Hope like the ones we had break on my friends truck.

How would I test them to identify what spring it is? I will even pay shipping to someone if they have the ability.

Also I can't remember who said this but they said that dual valve springs are quieter and I completely agree! There's nearly no valve train noise anymore and I had considered ditching the headers to get rid of the sewing machine insanity but its all gone. .

Send to some one that has a valve spring tester. You measure them at the I stall height and see what the pressure is. I think there is a coil bind spec too. I have a friend with one.

Is that an offer to test it if I send it? I'll be sure to lysol it so you don't get the clutchdumpitus.
