Default Vacuum at W.O.T.

I was kinda curious based on a discussion we were having over at SilveradoSS.com if any of you over here have notice while logging that you're building vacuum under wide open. I haven't noticed this on any of the stock or bolt on trucks, but more on cammed 6.0L's and 6.7L's indicating a restriction on the intake side.

Only vacuum that I've ever seen at WOT (not logged, but actual guage) is zero...unless of course there's some sort of problem...
