Default V6 to v8 question.. Please help

I have a 02 Sierra rcsb v6 I want to get a 5.3 engine what needs to be change? Transmission? Rear end? Ecu? Driveshaft?

Complete stock motor.. Thats ok am pretty sure other people know the answer too.
