Default Used N20 for the first time today!!

Well It was an interesting experience

Im not sure if the nozzle is pointed the right way..The fogger nozzle is not pointed directly at the Throttle body butterfly..... Cause I have a 75 shot in it right now and it feels good but Its just not hitting the way everyone talks about......

It just kinda pulls and then keeps pulling...

Hey CAMMIN03, I am a newbie to LS1TECH. I have installed a nitrous express kit on The Wood Hauler's '02 rcsb 4.8. The nozzle is supposed to be pointing towards the throttle blade according to NX. It is also supposed to be at least 6 inches from the throttle body. On the wood haulers truck we get a labor knock with anything over a 75 shot. I have not figured it out yet but a nelson tune would probably do the trick. What pcm mods do you have. Torque managment really kills his truck at the sift points, even with the spray. Hope this can help.

what was your bottle pressure??? bottle pressure plays a big role. for example a 75hp at 800 psi is like almost 100hp at 1000-1100 psi. that is why every one loves the first spray out of the borrle. but build a pusher sys and it will hit hard every time.

also yes the nozzle should be pointing toward the tb but if it is a little off it will not be a big deal.

you possibly were expecting more than it realy is i mean it is only a 75 shot.

yep first time i sprayed, (about a week or so ago) my bottle pressure wasn't quite up there. now when i spray i make sure the pressure is up where it is supposed to be, and hoo ya, fun ****. btw, i am spraying a 100 shot. also, i added bigkids old hamm headers and exhaust system shortly after the header install, and damn, pulls even harder....you'll get the hang of it.

I have the most complete kit I can imagine I paid around 1500-1600 for it....

Yeah Bottle Pressure is around 900-950....

Does the nozzle being turned play a role in how hard it hits???

you can get a good fogger kit for about 800-1000 this is the ny trex brand and it has the best fogger tip on the market i picked up almost 3/10's w the fogger tip and new system.
cammin- how far is the tip turned? maybe 5-10 degrees would be the max because you'll start freezing your intake tube then over time the out and cold extremes will make it crack but yeah bottle pressure is key to low e/t's
