Talking Update on my truck

Heard back from Allan at Futral. Things are looking good. I dont have any specs just yet on cam and such but here is a break down of what it will consist of when done. Engine of course being built by Futral
still a 6.0 liter
diamond pistons
stock rods
stock crank
ARP head studs,main studs,rod bolts
ported oil pump
rollmaster double timing chain
new cam-custom from Futral-(dont know specs yet)
slight head work-bigger valves,valve job,blend seats
Comp 918 springs
Thunder racing pushrods
comp lifters
all new bearings
160 t-stat
Whipple supercharger
Looking into changing up exhaust-Pacesetter long tubes,3inch y going to a 3 1/2 inch single.
Electric fans
34 inch core radiator
Yank TT300 converter
4.10 gears
Eaton posi
K&N FIPK
42 pound/hr injectors
I think thats it for now. Yall think this will end up making a good combo?
I hope so. I know this, I need some good luck to come my way, I just realized this will make engine #4 in just 2 years

I'm afraid to total it all up
Alot of it has been done for a while over the last 2 years.
The biggest change will be the engine and changing exhaust.

Is your truck mainly for the strip or street/strip? What sorta 1/4 mi. times are you shooting for with this new setup underway?

This is actually my daily driver if it will stay together long enough
Once I get it paid for it will become more of a toy though, but will allways be a street /strip vehicle. As far as 1/4 mile predictions, I dont know. Once it's all together and I get some dyno #s i'll
have a better idea of what it should do

Sounds like you'll have a great combo. I talked to Allen today also about my new setup. He's gonna take care of you. What compression will the new motor have?

Not sure about the compression, I'm just gonna leave it in his hands. Whatever he says goes

My .02......with all that money tied up in your combo, I would not have gone back with stock rods, especially since the motor is aprt and all. Why even risk it?
