I am running a Comp 220/220 @ 114+4 and love it, once I get my tuning problems taken care of, hopefully it will run alot better...

if you use your truck for a truck or have anything numerically lower than a 4.10 gearset, go with the smaller cam for 4.8L. At the very least go one step lower than the 5.3L folks.
