Default ummm, i broke it. another TB ??

ok call me a moron, but i went to clean the throttle body and upon reinstalling it it was idling high. took it back off and apart, and i found that the sensor on the top right( the one with the 4 pin plug) FELL APART. it has a plunger and a spring, and has something to do with vacuum. thats all i know, and my dumbass busted it. but it has had a real erratic idle for a week or two and it has been stalling out in traffic as well ( hence my cleaning) so i know i need a new one ( anyone got a name for it?) and i heard this thing has to be "stepped" anyone ?? bueller?
