Question Two cam questions

(Note: Search did not turn up the answers.)

1: What are the specs for the stock 4.8L cam at 0.006" lift (the so-called "advertised duration"). I need these numbers for some performance calculations. The numbers at 0.05" lift are easy to find, but I have had no luck finding anything for 0.006" lift, which is what the formulas require.

2: More of a philosophical question: Why do they call the numbers at 0.006" lift "advertised duration" when everybody advertises at 0.05" lift?
