Default Twin turbo build

Just got my twin turbo kit(50mm)
ly5 (cast block flat top pistons)5.3
already have a 255 wal fuel pump
80lb injectors
206/212 114lsa cam
243 heads
456 gears on 37s
stock 4l60( yes I know it's not going to last)

before i I install the kit is there anything I'm missing to run 8-12lbs of boost?
And what do you think the hp will be when I get it tuned.
Thanks for the feedback

Did it come with a new MAP sensor?

A horsepower number is going to be pretty hard to guess at when every vehicle is so different and the fact you have a lot of extra drivetrain loss with such huge/heavy tires.

A guess is maybe 450hp.

Yes you need to run a 2 or 3 BAR map sensor so the computer/tuner can see boost and properly tune for it.

Not knowing what year truck you have they have cobalt 2 BAR map sensors and they have the older brick 3 BAR map and the ZL1/LSA map sensor that is also 3 BAR.
