turned on my truck today after 3 days of not driving it got a reduce engine power light that came on and shut off after about 5 secs..
what does this mean.. i check to see if there is oil and yes there is... Plz someone chime in

a gazillion things.

can you scan it? Unhook the battery for a while and try again.

I mean the truck turned off ...should I attempt on driving it ? If it starts right back up?

Yes. try to drive it. Even in Reduced Engine Power (limp mode) you can still drive, you just don't have throttle control and it will only go so fast.
I'd definitely check the grounds and get underneath to see if any animals used it as a chew toy.

That was my first thought when I heard that it sat for 3 days...it only took a squirrel 5 minutes to eat through my #2 injector wires when I left my hood open, and I just got done fixing an injector harness and vacuuming rodent poop off the intake of an 08 Lexus ES350 at work last week...
