everything..
Daily Driveability?
Yes sure is. We have customers with 10's of thousands of miles in their kits.
increase in horsepower and torque? This one has many variables. We build the kits to fit the power goals. And needs of the truck. A pulling kit is different then a toy hot rod kit.

conditions under the hood?
Things get hot but there's blankets and other things to control things getting melted.

tuning?
Find a GOOD tuner that knows how to tune for drivability and horsepower.
Again a good tuner is a must.

stress on engine?
That's more of a right foot and boost issue then a turbo issue. Set it up to be in the 8-10psi range and call it good.

do you have to get rid of your ac?
Not with our kit. AC stays intact.

typically how much increase in power will a trubo add assuming a properly sized turbo is used?
As much as you want. Back to how much do you want to make or really want to spend on.

I know nothing about turbos, any help is greatly appreciated
Do lots of research talk to other turbo truck guys.
We offer many options on builds, and accessory parts for the kits.
Feel free to hit us up if there is anything Trick might help you with.
