Tuning Problem?

Tuning Problem?
On my 03 SS with a handheld scantool hooked up I was seeing my LTRIMS at about +10 at idle. Aren't my LTRIMS supposed to be at 0 or a little negative at idle? I think I have some serious tuning issues. I don't have LS1 EDIT so it's hard for me to tell what's going on.
