So let me clarify my stance, I do not condone anyone directly copying someone elses design and/or intellectual property on anything they make and selling it as their own. Believe me I understand the work that goes into R&D on parts and would be highly pissed if someone did that to me, and I am sure you would feel the same about your turbo kits. What I do think is a good idea, internally, is if you are trying to educate yourself on what is currently out in the market then studying what has been successful is a good place to start if you are starting from zero. Cams are going to be somewhat similar no matter what since you only have a few basic parameters to work with, but you can also change the lift slightly or duration, or centerline or whatever to make it "yours". How many "220" duration cams are there out there?

If TSP is literally exactly copying other peoples cams to sell as their own proprietary designs then yea thats pretty shitty, but it would be kind of hard to prove.
