^^ what he said^^ sorta.... It's only loud if you're above 3k rpm. Everyday, normal driving it's extremely quiet. Until you put the pedal to the medal. Then it's one of the loudest and best sounding exhausts i've ever heard. I love my corsa.

Corsa is only loud when WOT. I had ARH longtubes w/ cats and corsa touring

I just installed the mbrp 3" catback with STOCK y pipe/cats and this catback is DEEP and throaty. To be honest, it has a much throatier deep sound than my 4" mbrp catback with magnaflow diesel muffler when I had the turbo setup. I am honestly shocked at how loud this catback is as well. Corsa was quieter below 3k rpm for sure. Haven't gone WOT yet.

Cats knock the sound out of exhaust. Catless corsa with longtubes is loud and raspy as ****.

Negative ghostrider. My corsa was ungodly loud at wot and extremely raspy. Sounded amazing at part throttle tho. I'm sure no cats is louder however.

With my last truck I had catless long tubes and an MBRP 3.5" catback..... may as well been straight pipe as it sounded and acted like a straight piped truck. On the flip side my MBRP 3.5" catback on my 2015 Silverado is too quiet for my taste..... and it's rusting to holy hell so I am going to just junk it. T409 Stainless does not handle winter very well at all...... I ordered a Borla ATAK kit for it today lol and at least those are T304.

So I was gonna try to get opinions on this idea I was thinking about just making my own cat back. I found a 3" intermediate pipe "walker exhaust 52190" on summit it's suppose to be 3" pipe and I think the same one used on a dynomax catback, so I don't have to use the stock one and a round borla xr1 sportsman 40085 and a 12" long turndown. With speed engineering longtubes and off road y pipe

Go for it, should be way cheaper.

Just paint the mid pipe with high heat exhaust paint to make it last.

My dynomax catback shows up tomorrow and I am painting the whole thing before I install it. The cheap stainless metal they use will surface rust quickly in the winters here and I don't want that to happen.

Yeah I believe that's what I'm going to do, I love the way the oval xr1 sounds on the white 2000 silverado I posted but it seemed a little quiet that why I'm going to go with the round borla instead of the oval I just hope it sounds the same
