Default from true duals to single setup

currently running the factory true duals on my tahoe and was wondering if it would hurt if i ended up y-piping after the headers and going into a single pipe exhaust (such as a corsa setup)?

current setup is catless true duals, xpipe, then 2 dynomax bullets dumped right after the axle...

i have 2.5" mandral true duals with bullets right now, basically what you have. i'm going to switch to bigger headers with my new motor and run a 3" y pipe into a 4" mid and rear and run whats called a mufflex in the fbody works type setup.

I'll Chime in, I went from a true dual to the Corsa setup on my old 383 and didn't notice any difference what so ever. My old system was headers, no cats, X-pipe, aerochamber mufflers, and split rear exit. However, on my new 383, with the magnaflow exhaust(granted I'm making 75hp more than my old 383), I felt a difference from the corsa to true duals.

Oh, you know you want the Corsa.....!
