Default Truck Won't Start

I've got a 93 Chevy K1500. I haven't started it for around 3 months. Last weekend I power washed the engine bay. I went out to start it today (after thinking a week would be enough time to dry everything out) and it wont start.

It turns over, but doesn't start. I'm guessing the engine isn't getting fire. What is the first thing I should check, and how should I check it?

pull the distrubutor cap off (2 screws)
is there moisture in there?
if yes get some compressed air and blow the cap and rotor out.
let it sit with the cap off for a while to get any other moisture out.
replace cap. truck should now start.

Toook the distributor cap off, bone dry in there... Also took both fuel lines off the TBI unit and turned the motor over, no fuel came out of the lines. Also took the #1 spark plug wire and put a test light in it.. Turned the motor over and the light didn't blink. I can't do a spark plug test because I don't have another set of hands to turn the key while I'm in the enging bay... So I don't know if its a fuel issue or a spark issue. Any other suggestions?
