Default Truck won't start

I have a 01 silverado. It won't turn over at all. I turn the key on and when I got to start I can hear the relay click and nothing at the starter. We banged on and everything. I want to know if it the starter. I need to know ASAP.

Low battery would be my bet. For some reason these things won't even attempt to turn over when the battery is low. Can you try to jump start it and see if you get anything?

your battery doesnt have enough cranking amps to turn the motor.
get a new one and see. or just have O'rielly's or autocrap check it out for you.
you can take them just the battery and they can test it.
i had the same probablem with mine. wound up replacing the alternator and battery.
also if you try and jump start it. and it starts its not your starter IMO. if you do get it started take it up to one of the places that i mentioned and have them check it out.
good luck
