Default truck stumbles for 5 minutes

like stated, after you crank the truck and start down the road, it stumbles all over the place! kinda like its loading up on fuel, but after about 5 minutes or so it clears up and runs fine! i did have a mishap with the 05 DBW throttlebody matching the 01 LS1 intake, but fixed that and also , why would the passenger side be rich and not the driverside, the plugs on the pass. side was black , and the plugs on the driver side were clean???

i had something similar in my car, ended up being the O2 sensor wires got too close to the exhaust, burned them and shorted them out

Can you do any logging?? If you can, make sure the O2 mv's are oscillating. Guess an O2 sensor could be having some heater problems.

Sounds like a 02 sensor problem to me.. My ls1 did the same thing when one of the 02 sensor wires touched the transmission cooler line.. it would run like poo until you got it warmed up and then it would be fine. we kept running it and it just got progressively worse.. i finally got around to logging it and passenger side 02 was not oscillating so we checked it and sure enough..
