Default truck running rough...

Yesterday I was headed to my parents house and the truck just started surging like it was loosing power and getting it back, so when I get there I notice that it has started smoking white smoke out of the left tail pipe. I was thinking maybe a head gasket but i am not sure i checked the dipstick nothing, coolant was fine and said well I will take it to the dealrship and they put the computer on it and it said a misfire on #7 they said my injector was stuck open. So i go out buy an injector and put it on and that still wasn't it, I went ahead and replaced the plugs and wires also. Does anyone have any Ideas?

I'm not a expert by any means and I could possibly be way off on this one, but have you taken your valve covers off to see if you possibly broke a valve spring?

i bet money if that isnt it you have trash in your fuel rail, #7 is the farthes away so that is where the trash ends up. you will have to pull the fuel rail and clean it out.

I will check the fuel rail out, the only thing I have done was put the injector in and change plugs and wires. Does it sound like a broke spring? If so I was about to do a cam swap here in a couple of weeks as for taking the valve cover off I am out of town right now and do not have the stuff to do it here. thanks. If anyone else has any ideas let me know I appreciate it.
